Custom Videos
Below, I have listed out some general information regarding frequently asked questions with my custom videos for all of my websites (except Pump that Pedal). Please read over these before submitting a custom inquiry!

1) All custom videos are copyrighted by Fanta Productions and are not to be redistributed to anyone in any way. I do post them in the respective video stores for resale.
2) The price per minute varies regarding what you are asking for. I will read over the details of your inquiry and write you back within 24-48 hours to let you know about any questions or concerns I might have, as well as the price per minute for your scenario. Once we have agreed on everything with the video, I will send a PayPal invoice for payment. You can also mail in a money order if you’d rather do that.
3) The only models available for custom videos at this time are the models in the drop-down box on the next page in the custom inquiry form. If you are interested in ordering a custom video with another model, you can always write me a request for your model of choice, and I’ll see what I can do! I can’t make any guarantees!
4) Please make sure you detail everything you want on the custom inquiry form before you submit it. This is what I go by when I film (along with any notes we’ve agreed upon before payment is received). Getting 6-10 more emails with things you forgot to list in the originally submission gets a tad confusing, and I might accidently forget something. I want to make your video as close to what you envision as possible!
5) You will generally receive a link to download your video from “Fanta Productions” through YouSendIt.com within 7-10 days after payment has been received (for videos/pictures with Scarlet) and within 3-5 days after filming a model we’ve scheduled. This time frame may be shorter or longer, depending on current conditions with models if rescheduling is required. If you would like a DVD, there is a $15 charge for that. Otherwise, you will just receive a link to download your video. Please note that the download link is a ONE-TIME download link and expires after the first download, not YouSendIt.com’s expiration date. Make sure you save the file somewhere accessible.
6) Once payment is received, I do not offer refunds unless their is an issue on my part that prevents me from doing the video (this would include circumstances in which the model decides not to don’t show up for the shoot). If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me first.
