1) How much is a custom video or picture set?
The price per minute (or per picture) varies on what you want the model to wear, how you want her to act, what you want her to say, and how detailed/specific your script is. You will need to submit a custom inquiry with all the details of your script so I can give you an exact price for what you are asking for. The minimum I charge for videos is $6/minute, which includes no camera interaction from the model and no talking on her part (for example, simply walking around in a pair of shoes or sitting & blowing bubbles with gum). Most picture sets are $2/picture. Other factors influence how much your custom video or pictures will be. See custom pricing for more info. {back to top}
2) Is there any way we could negotiate the price of my custom, and do you offer discounts at all?
My custom prices are firm, and I will not budge. My prices are more than fair, and I am one of few who offers 5-minute customs as I hear most require a minimum of 10 minutes. Custom prices are non-negotiable, and I typically do not offer discounts. The only exception I would make is if you pre-order and pre-pay for 5 custom videos (10 minutes in length minimum per video). This might be helpful to you if a lot of models you are interested in are on the schedule. If so, I would give a 10% discount on each video; the only stipulation is they all be submitted and paid for at the same time. {back to top}
3) What video format and resolution do you use for custom videos?
The default on the custom inquiry form is “High Definition MP4.” The resolution for high definition MP4 is 1920 x 1080 with a minimum bitrate of 6 mbps and shows a clear image when full-screen on your computer. (This is what I am starting to save all regular updates under as of August 2017). For an additional $10 per video, you can get full HD quality that will be clear on your television set and super sharp on your computer screen. “Full MP4 HD” on the form is 1920 x 1080 with a bitrate of 16 mbsp. If you prefer something with a smaller file size, you can select “Standard MP4” which is 640 x 360 with a bitrate of 3 mbps. The VCL media player will play MP4 files if your Windows Media Player will not. A DVD option is also available for an additional $15. Videos are filmed in widescreen, 1920 x 1080. The option for an MP4 download and a DVD is also available on the form. {back to top}
4) What resolution do you use for custom pictures?
Custom pictures are 1824 x 2736 (portrait) or 2736 x 1824 (landscape) and will have the copyright fantaproductions.com on the picture. You can see a sample picture by clicking here. If you do not want the copyright text on the pictures, that is available. {back to top}
5) I wanted a high definition Mp4 video but forgot to change that option on the custom form. Can I still get a high def version?
If I have already filmed your video and sent a link for download, then you will not be able to get the high definition version. Once I have edited the videos, I delete all original, unedited footage, so a high definition version will no longer be possible. {back to top}
6) Do I have to fill out the custom inquiry form? Can I not just email all of the details?
Yes, you need to fill out a separate custom inquiry form for each video and/or picture set you want. If you have a general question about a custom, then please feel free to email me first, but if you are laying out all the details of your custom video (or pictures), the form is very important – especially when trying to sort and organize many custom videos for one particular model. When sending the model a list of items to bring to the shoot, I look at the “outfit” part of the form to compile my list to her. Having all the details in one organized location assures me that nothing is left out of your custom video, so it is also important to include all of your video’s details when filling out the form. Forms filled out incorrectly will be deleted. It’s not rocket science… {back to top}
7) I already submitted my custom inquiry, but I want to change something in my script. How do I do this?
If you have already paid, changes cannot be made to the script. As mentioned in question #1, the details of your script determine the price. Some changes might effect the price. If you haven’t paid for your video or pictures yet, you will need to resubmit a new custom inquiry that includes all of the details. To keep you from having to retype everything, you can email me and ask me to forward your script to you so you can copy and paste the areas that are not changing. This form is important in keeping custom video details organized for each model. If you do not submit a new inquiry with your changes, I might accidentally forget to include the change in your video. I print out the inquiry form when we film your video or do your picture set, so it’s important that all details are in one location. {back to top}
8) How do I pay for my custom video or picture set?
Once I have read over the details of your custom video or picture set, I will write with any questions or concerns I might have. Once all of the details have been worked out and agreed upon by both of us, I will send you an invoice via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice. Once you are taken to the login screen for PayPal, below the login area, you will see a link for “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit.” Alternatively, you can send a money order to the name and address on the contact page. There are the only two payment options. {back to top}
9) When is payment due?
Under no circumstances do I film videos or take pictures before payment is received. Once details have been finalized, I will send a PayPal invoice with a due date on it. Payment will always be due two days prior to the scheduled shoot day. If the shoot date is the 15th, payment will be due by the end of the day on the 13th. This applies to money orders as well. At this time, I will compile the outfit list the model will need to bring so I can email it to her and give her enough time to get all the items together for the shoot. Should you pay after the due date (and before her shoot day), your custom video will be filmed after all other previously paid customs are filmed. That means if for some reason we run short on time, your video may not be filmed and your money will NOT be refunded You will need to pick another model that is available on the customs page. All unpaid invoices the morning of the shoot will be cancelled, and scripts will be deleted. {back to top}
10) When and how will I receive my custom video or pictures?
You will generally receive a link to download your video within 3-5 days after filming a model I had scheduled. If the model is here multiple days, then it’s 3-5 days after the last date listed for filming. This time frame may be shorter or longer, depending on various factors (such as other video shoots we may have right after yours, things we have going on with our personal lives, and how many other customs we need to get out ahead of yours). If for some reason a model has to reschedule, I will let you know as soon as I know. If you do not hear from me by the time her shoot day arrives, that means she is here to film for that day. Should it take longer than the quoted time frames above (5 days after her shoot date), I will write and keep you informed so you know what’s going on. Please note that I typically do not answer emails asking if custom videos or pictures are ready within the quoted time frame. If you would like a DVD, there is an additional $15 charge for that, and it will be shipped 3-5 days after her shoot date. Otherwise, you will receive a link to download your video or pictures via DropSend. You do not need an account with them to download your video. Please note that the download link allows you to download THREE times. Once you have clicked on or downloaded your file THREE TIMES, the link will expire and be invalid. So please make sure you save the file somewhere accessible as I will have to re-upload the video in order to send a new download link. {back to top}
11) Do you offer video lengths in between those listed on the custom inquiry form or anything less than 5 minutes?
To simplify things, I only offer videos in 5-minute increments, so I’d rather not do a 7-minute custom video. I do a lot of customs, so it’s easier for me to keep up with them this way. Five minutes is the minimum custom video length, so it has to be at least 5 minutes long. I will not go below that unless you are willing to pay the price of a 5-minute video for just 2-3 minutes of footage. {back to top}
12) Is there a minimum number of pictures per picture inquiry?
If you’re interested in a custom picture set, there is a minimum of 20 pictures per set/order – which means one outfit and one pair of shoes ($2/picture). Each additional outfit or pair of shoes is $10. {back to top}
13) I don’t see the model I want listed on the custom form. Can you film the model I want instead?
The only models currently available for custom videos or pictures at this time are the models at the top of the custom videos page because we have a day already scheduled to work with them. If you are interested in ordering a custom video with another model, you can always write me a request for your model of choice, and I can look into setting up a possible shoot with her. I cannot make any guarantees though! {back to top}
14) I have a scenario for a custom video or picture set, but I’m not sure if the model is okay with it. What should I do?
First, make sure you check out the “What I Do Not Film” page regarding videos I do not film for Fanta Productions. As for other scenarios not listed on that page, I typically know which models might be okay with certain types of videos. You can write me and ask if a specific model is okay with your general scenario (2-4 sentences describing what you have in mind), and I can tell whether she’d be okay with it or not. This might save you from typing out a detailed script on the inquiry form if she’s not okay with it. If I know she’ll be okay with your general idea, from there, you can submit a detailed custom video inquiry and lay out all the details of your custom. I can then forward it to her so she can review it and make sure she’s okay with everything in the script. We can work out details from there. {back to top}
15) What limitations do you have with content for custom videos and pictures?
99% of the models I work with (myself included) do not do nudity or anything sexual in nature (which includes rubbing our crotch through clothes). Aside from that, each model is different when it comes to what they are comfortable with. Some models are okay with talking about the guy being turned on or masturbating; some aren’t. Some are okay with videos in lingerie while others aren’t. Some models are okay talking about being turned on by something; a lot aren’t. If you are interested in a custom video that’s a little more explicit with a model we have scheduled and aren’t sure what they’re okay with, you can send me an email and ask if the model is okay with whatever you’re going for in the video, and I will let you know. If she is, from there you can submit specific details on the custom inquiry form. Celeste & Mojo are the only ones available for sexual acts together. Please read more of What I Do Not Film. {back to top}
16) Can I share the video since it’s my custom video?
No. The video is owned and copyrighted by Fanta Productions and will also be posted in our video store for resale. You do not have permission to redistribute the video in any way, shape or form, including (but not limited to) emailing someone a copy, sending a hard copy via postal mail, posting it on YouTube or any other video-sharing websites, or sharing it on other online communities or social networks. When you click at the bottom of the custom video page to submit a custom video inquiry, you are agreeing to these terms of use. {back to top}
17) Do you offer custom videos or pictures in which I could own the copyright and it be exclusively mine? In other words, you don’t post it in your video store and I can do whatever I want with it?
Yes, this is possible. If you want a video or picture set to be exclusively yours, the cost of buying the copyright is $300 per video or picture set, regardless of the video’s length or the number of pictures in your custom set. Therefore, if you purchased a $50 custom and paid $350 total, you could do whatever you wanted to with the video since it would be owned by you. It will not be posted in the video store for resale. {back to top}
18) Do you offer refunds for custom videos?
Once payment is received, I DO NOT offer refunds. If you change your mind, I’m sorry. The only instance in which I will offer a refund is if the circumstances are such that I cannot film your video. This would include a model not showing up and not being able to reschedule within a 2-week time frame. I do not offer a refund if I am able to get the model rescheduled within a 2-week period after the original shoot date. As always, I will keep you informed if we have to reschedule a model for another date. I also do not offer refunds if the custom video or picture set does not meet your expectations; that is why I go to all this trouble and to such great lengths to ensure all the details are worked out beforehand. It is also why you need to be as detailed as possible about outfits, model demeanor, and what you are looking for in your custom video or pictures when you fill out the form (links to pictures and videos included in the custom inquiry form to clarify what you are referring to are always a huge help). {back to top}
