6/3/26 Update
After a few back-and-forth emails with Patreon support, I learned that someone used my login credentials to log into and change some of my account info - like the payout account. A bogus 'membership' of over $700 was manually entered (which is baffling Patreon lets people enter in manual amounts rather than choosing a subscription that is listed), and then they tried to withdraw that to the new payout account. Hence the security flag and deactivation of my account.
I have changed my password and enabled 2-step verification to prevent my account from being hacked again. Rest assured, this doesn't affect any patrons who are subscribed. I do suggest you enable 2-step verification though so your account doesn't get hacked like mine in the future.
So, my Patreon page is back up and running!

Imagine my surprise when I pulled up my Patreon account this afternoon only to realize it has been removed. I promptly checked my email and received an email 2 days ago simply stating:
This is a note to alert you that your Patreon account has been suspended and is pending removal for suspicious activity. If you believe this action was taken in error, please reach out to us.
No followup email about it actually being removed. As if the Clips4Sale store deletion earlier this year wasn't enough. I'd link to that blog post, but that one was on Patreon. 🤬 I had to jump through hoops to get my C4S store back up and running - and now this. Why? I hope it's just a small error and it can be restored quickly. I have looked everywhere on Patreon's site for the ability to chat live with customer service and can't find anything like that, so I reached out to them through their support form and am waiting to hear back from them via email. Hopefully they reply back to me and don't just ghost me. After doing a lot of searches online, it seems most get their account reactivated, so I'm a little hopeful. But I'm not going to hold my breath...
This has been a tough year, and I have to wonder if something out there in the universe is trying to push me to do a 'career' change because I seem to face one challenge after another lately with this work I do, and I am just so mentally and physically tired all the time. I just want to be able to do the content the way I've always been able to do it without so many issues (both externally and physically). I'm just so discouraged right now.
I will keep everyone updated when and if I hear back from Patreon support. 😔
